1. How much are 22NotYet CheeseCakes?
Price list of each cheese cakes is available at the frontpage.
2. Is there a minimum order?
Yes, its 1 box of 4 pieces for RM 10.
3. Can I request for my own design?
Yes you may do so by emailing us your preferred design.
We will then inform you if we can or cannot do the designs. No additional charge for customization, unless its very complex, takes a lot of time and requires additional ingredients.
Please inquire for details.
4. Can I customize the designs to match my company’s corporate colors, theme or logo?
Yes you may (refer to question 2).
5. Can I have more than 1 design in a box?
Unfortunately no, only 1 design and 1 flavor is allowed per box.
6. How long in advance must I order?
Preferably 14 days in advance please, subject to slot availability.
7. Can I order way in advance say 1 month from now?
Yes of course you may (up to 3 months in advance but full payment is required).
8. How long does the 22NotYet CheeseCakes last?
It’s best to consume them immediately, however they can be kept at room temp for 4-5 days, away from heat, direct sunlight and ants. Longer, if stored in the fridge, up to 1 week, but the Cheese Cakes will get a bit dry.
9. Do you gift wrap?
Sorry we do not. Cheese Cakes are packed in a white box with a clear window (they are made presentable and ideal for gifts).
10. Can i have the words ‘happy birthday’ or other messages on the 22NotYet CheeseCakes?
Yes of course at no extra charge.

11. How do I order?
SIMPLE!
You can order online. Just choose which Cheese Cakes you want and follow the steps.
12. Do you deliver?
We encourage all customers to pick up from us personally whenever possible, but yes, we do offer an external delivery service. Areas are very limited. Delivery charges are non-negotiable and range from RM30 onwards.
13. Can I pay cash on delivery?
Sorry, we require full payment immediately or within 3 days of order confirmation. Please email us for payment details and terms.
14. Can I pay by online banking?
Yes you may, we will provide you our account details when your order is confirmed.
15. Do you ship your Cheese Cakes by mail?
Sorry, we only deliver by car in Melaka area.

17. Is there a bulk discount if I order a lot of Cheese Cakes?
Yes of course, we offer discounts for orders 100 pieces or more.
18. Can you do 22NotYet CheeseCakes for special occasions (for example, wedding/baby shower/baby full moon/hen night/bachelor party etc)?
Yes of course! Our Cheese Cakes are perfect for any occasion.
19. Can I get a sample before I make an order?
Unfortunately we do not offer samples.
20. How do I pay?
We require full payment immediately, before pick up date but only pay when we have confirm the order for you in our reply email. We provide 3 methods of payment for the convenience of our customers:
1) Cash in advance at the shop
2) ATM cash deposit transfer
3) Online banking
Only orders that have been paid will be confirmed for pick up. Details of payment terms will be emailed along with your order confirmation.
21. What happens if I can’t pay on time, can I pay cash upon pick up?
Unfortunately, orders that are unpaid 3 days after email confirmation will be canceled.
22. I have made payment way before my pick up date, does this mean my order is confirmed?
Yes of course, provided that we have confirmed you a slot for pick up and you have sent us a valid receipt to verify payment. Please inform us immediately when payment have been made. Email us the scanned or photographed transaction receipt along with your name and pick up date.

23. Can I change the date of my order after that?
Yes you may. If you want it on an earlier or later date, let us know at least 1 week in advance before the date you originally confirmed for pick up. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to change your pick up date if you inform us less than 7 days before. As orders will already be sent through. Subject to confirm availability on the new date.
24. Can I change the message on my Cheese Cakes after I have confirmed my order?
Yes you may. Let us know at least 1 week in advance, before the date you originally confirmed for pick up. again, we wont be able to change your pick up date if you inform us less than 7 days before as orders will already be sent through.
25. Can I cancel my order?
Yes of course you may do so by giving us at least 7 days advance notice.
26. What if I already made payment but i want to cancel?
Unfortunately, we can’t refund your payment but we can credit you for future orders.
